  Great job with that aircraft. Imagine with the new, larger and more modern carriers and the latest 130's (J's I think) it would even be easier.

Subject:  C-130 Carrier Landings

This video brings back old memories.  Maj Ai Rehbock was the 2nd MAW ATCO during this event.  I worked as his assistant as did LCpl Bidding.  

Al did the paper work and Bidding did the typing work up for the CS of the 2nd MAW and CG 2nd MAW for transfer of the aircraft.  Ed Jolley was often visiting our office as he, Al and myself were all in VMGR-152 ( Iwakuni MCAS) together.  Many doubts and other thoughts were shared over this event.  I miss those days.
