TriStar History and Preservation Inc., d.b.a. as TriStar Experience, a 501(c)(3) non-profit formed to inspire today’s youth to explore aviation as a possible future career path. TriStar engages children in STEM fields of study and careers through static aircraft displays, flyable jet aircraft, flight operations and aviation/aerospace related professionals. TriStar is restoring a Lockheed L1011 msn 193L-1064 N910TE to become a static based Aviation Educational Platform serving kids, school districts, Boy Scout and Girl Scout groups in the Midwest area. The aircraft is going through a restoration process at Tucson International Airport for ferry to Kansas City. The aircraft has been nicely preserved and maintained while in storage and is in very good condition. TriStar is expecting to be ready to ferry to Kansas City in the next few weeks. Upon arrival, the exterior restoration will be completed to appear as shown in the original Ship #1 paint livery.

While we have received tremendous support from
corporate donors we are in need of some additional items and are respectfully
asking for donations that will be acknowledged by way of a special engraved
identification plaque that will be placed on the arm rest of one of the 67
leather business seats in what will become our aviation classroom (formerly the
first class seating area)
For as little as $500 you can purchase a plaque that
will identify the seat and represent your donation,
For those individuals that would like to contribute
additional funds and be recognized, purchase an additional red star added to
the standard design ($250 each) for up to a 10 star total. Each version is
shown below.
Version 1) Standard Seat Plaque $500 donation, with two
line engraving on brushed stainless
steel. Plaque will be located on the selected seat ‘arm rest and
measure approximately 3.25X2.25”

Versions 2) - Optional contribution - After purchasing
the standard seat plaque at $500.00, add optional red stars for $250.00
each with a maximum of 10 stars.

Al
Taddeo, one of the original Blue Angels, died at the age of 94.
Al was a Blue Angel from 1946 to 1947 flying
Hell Cats and Bear Cats.
This is a great video, enjoy, meet Al and
feel the pride and love of country.
