Dear PCN,
While you will read in the Petition section that
the effort toward remedy for lost non-qualified pension losses has been
stymied, please keep in mind that the DP3 and the lawsuit seeking relief in the
qualified formulation from the PBGC is still in play. The DP3 has notified honor roll members that
things are progressing on developing their arguments for the lawsuit. Soon we can expect further information from
our trustees.
