Mark,
Seems retired we no longer have access to the crew hotel list for security reasons.
Last time thru the JFK CPO they had to print out a specific city for me. Should have moved the office to new quarters by now. I am taking a girlfriend to Nice the end of August and do not recall the name of the hotel 10 years ago where I stayed. Do you have any names or phone numbers that can help me out?

Thanks,
Rick Bauer

Mark If memory serves, we used to stay at the SAS hotel in Nice I think that is now the Radisson Blu the current layover hotel is the Holiday Inn in Nice BTW, the layover info is still available in the Inflight (IFS) section of Delta net The easiest way to get there is sign on to Delta Net, on the home page enter layover hotels or crew hotels in the search block.

Subject: CREW LAYOVER GUIDES

Hi Mark and Russell,
The Crew Layover and Hotel Information Guide sheets that we used for the last half of the last century seem to be discontinued but there is a lot of information available for cities individually.  Here's the system that I use.
Dave

Crew Layover and Hotel Information Guide

1.  Log into DeltaNet - - - Do not expect the old type guide.

2.  In the Search window type:  Crew Layover Information.

3.  Scroll down and click on:  International Crew Layover Information

4.  Scroll down and click on:  The city you choose.

5.  It is a .pdf file which can be printed.

6.  The Guide is updated frequently so save these instructions.

Ed Memo to Delta Colleagues Worldwide:

Pass travel on virgin atlantic
In December 2012, we announced that Delta would acquire a 49 percent equity stake in Virgin Atlantic and quickly got to work to launch our joint venture. To date, we’ve already completed several important milestones toward building our partnership with Virgin Atlantic, including receiving antitrust immunity, announcing a coordinated schedule with nine daily flights between London Heathrow and the New York area and co-locating most of Delta’s operations at Heathrow’s Terminal 3.

As we continue our work to strengthen our commercial relationship and realize the value of our trans-Atlantic joint venture, it’s critical that the people of each brand have ways to experience our coordinated service and continue being brand ambassadors to our customers.

Today, we are pleased to announce that we are making two improvements to the nonrevenue travel program we share with our partners at Virgin Atlantic. First, effective November 1, Delta employees, retirees and eligible family members will have access to nonrev travel on the entire Virgin Atlantic network at the same low price that Virgin Atlantic employees pay for nonrev travel on their own flights. Virgin Atlantic employees will have similar access on all of Delta’s flights.
Delta employees will have access to significantly lower rates of £13.50, or approximately $23.00 USD, per international flight segment plus applicable international fees and taxes. UK domestic segments will be at a rate of £4.25, or approximately $7.50 USD, per segment. These fares will be flat rates rather than mileage-based.

Second, when traveling on Virgin Atlantic, Delta employees will be listed with a new standby boarding priority for the economy cabin, which will place Delta nonrevs after Virgin Atlantic nonrevs but ahead of  all other Virgin Atlantic codeshare and interline partners. Virgin Atlantic employees will have a similar priority when traveling on Delta.

Employees will continue to purchase standby tickets and list for Virgin Atlantic flights through TravelNet and the myIDTravel site.

We look forward to rolling out these new travel options in November. Thanks for all you do for Delta and our customers.
