No News Yet! Since the meeting with Mr Kight, we were
promised that he would check on something and get back with us. We have sent him a follow up email with our
thanks and commitment to the justice of our cause. So we have not yet heard back from the
company on the issues we raised. I will
report as soon as we do.
While we await something
from the company we are thinking about, as many have suggested, next
moves. One of the most often mentioned
strategies is a news outlet full page ad.
Here is an email from Capt. Dambrie below suggesting that idea:

Editor: The strategy that you recommend may well be
something to look in to. At present,
with the petition effort, we still have an open dialogue going with the company
and will pursue that to the very end before any other move is considered. I can’t speak for the DP3 but concerning
their effort I am sure that all focus is on legal action (and whether or not to
green-light it) now that the appeal has had its ruling. Thank you and thanks to others for your
willingness to be involved and support other endeavors to receive justice for
retired Delta pilots.
