 Will Preparation Service:

DDPSA wants to bring your attention to the fact that MetLife offers most eligible Delta active and retired pilots, as well as their spouses or same sex partners, a will preparation service at no charge through Hyatt Legal Plans, a MetLife company. Through this service, you can choose a participating Hyatt Plan attorney to draft your will, a medical directive and a durable power of attorney. The attorney’s fees are fully covered with no claim forms to file. If you are interested, contact Hyatt Legal Plans at 1 800-821-6400 and tell them you are with Delta Air Lines and the group number is 300533.

 This information also is included in the Flight Plan for the Final Flight West posted on the DDPSA website at www.ddpsa.org  .

 One of our retired pilots gave us positive feedback on this service. The three documents mentioned above are being provided for free and the attorney has offered to draft and file a Revocable Living Trust (Family Trust) for a fee of $575. The fee is negotiable with each attorney and is not fixed fee through Hyatt Legal Services. Many pilots have paid far more for such a document.
