DP3 Filed an Administrative Appeal with the PBGC on Friday,
October 28, 2011.
On September 27, 2013 the Chairman sent out an email to those
participating in this appeal with news that a decision has been rendered. For those members, and those who wish to be,
please check your inbox or contact the DP3 at contactus@dp3.org .
The PCN will publish here in the High Life the news when the PBGC
makes the decision public by a released statement about this
appeal. Should be soon.
