items that really need your attention Many (and I hope all of you) have
made plans for the events that are going to happen to us all. Just when and
where we have very little control over but the events are going to happen
sooner or later.
check out the two sites I give you here and use what you may but have a plan !! --- I had thought I had but after "reviewing" these I made a new one. The first is from my son Matt, and the second is from a old and dear friend. (oh, the best part is if you are of the frugal mind set they are free)

I heard the woman that runs this website on NPR this morning and I am planning on getting this together and wanted to share it with you. It's estate and will planning, a checklist. I know if I die prematurely the burdens of handling the possession, money, and child care would be a pain so this is a good resource to prepare.

Read the story and look at some of her free documents, she is trying to keep people from going through what she went through after the pre-mature death of her husband.

Hey Mike....this is the program we used and love it. Very easy, in non-attorney language. Print it all off yourself, sign it and take to a Notary...or, I should say....take to a Notary and sign. We did the package of Last Will and Testament (for both of us), the Advanced Health Care Directive (Living Will), the Power of Attorney for Healthcare (which means you can make all the decisions for Carolyn's medical), and the Power of Attorney for Finance (self explanatory). This is pretty much all you'll need...covers all the bases. But please get this in order....now. Just knowing you have this under control now will be a big load off your shoulders. It's a good program that you can go back and tweak, as need be. And once you "join", can have future access too. Would be good for Matt and Meredith to do this too...can't be too young to have things covered.
