What are my RETIREE & SURVIVOR benefits?

This is for a friend of mine that wants to leave his wife with the life of Riley.  Just kidding! He was, however, curious about the benefits available and didn’t realize that some have not been to the PCN web site to do a little exploring.  The links below, are to old page data that I finally moved to the PCN.  While some of the data is a bit dated, the links have been updated and a few things added.  The basics are there for a very good primer for the retiree and survivor benefits in this ongoing world of our terminated pension.
