I won. Received check today for the amount plus interest. I filed all appeals and made alll

I'm amazed and happy for Chuck getting this check from the IRS---after IRS's Washington DC office over-rode the Western Regional Director's ruling, I didn't think there would be any more winners. The IRS is a strange organization!! jim
