be available electronically or will be printed upon request.
More details will be shared closer to
the end of the year.
Register
for electronic W2s & 1099-Rs
You can register to receive electronic tax statements, including your W-2
& 1099-R. Please also verify your email address is correct. If you
elect not to register, these forms will be printed and mailed to your

Set
up direct deposit
If you are receiving pension or other pay from Delta, please be sure you
are set up for direct deposit. This is the fastest and most secure way to
receive your pay from Delta on time each month.
Set up direct deposit by going to Self-Service> My Money >
Direct Deposit. Be sure to select the correct ID to update by choosing
Pension. Use the pencil to edit banking information or scroll to the
bottom and click “+” to add banking information. Select the trash can to
delete banking information. Make sure to set your bank account up as the
primary account.
Review your pension tax withholdings
Pension taxes, like other taxes, are calculated based on annualized
earnings. Depending on how much you make, the payroll system may not
calculate any tax owed. If you would like to have more or a set amount of
tax taken from your pension check, please use the “additional
withholding” feature on the W4-P form.
ACTION: Update your tax withholding for 2025 on the W4-P form in Self-Service > My
Money.
Pass travel charges
Pass travel charges should be paid timely via the Payment Portal Link.
Your username is your 9-digit PPR and Password is DELTA + your 9-digit

If you have issues accessing the payment portal, account reset, general

Pass Travel Insider: Nonrev jetiquette
This month’s Pass Travel Insider covers
jetiquette — your conduct and etiquette as a nonrev.
Top expectations:
- Have a well-groomed appearance:
Business casual attire is preferred in all classes of service. More
on dress code,
etiquette and conduct.
- Accept seat and meal given:
Cooperate with the clearing process and take your assigned seat. If
instructed to change seats, do so graciously and without comment.
Flight crews try to accommodate first meal, snack or beverage
choice, but options can be limited or unavailable, which nonrevs
should accept without question.
- Adhere to behavior and restriction
of pass use: See the Jetiquette Fact Sheet for
Delta's expectations on pass travel appearance and conduct.
Remember, the Rules of the Road apply
when you nonrev — you represent the Delta brand.
Online scammers posing as executives - what you should know
Cybercriminals are using mobile communication apps like WhatsApp to impersonate coworkers or
leaders, sending urgent messages to trick recipients into sharing
sensitive information or taking risky actions.
Watch out for unexpected messages from “known” contacts with:
- Urgent or unusual requests with pressure to respond.
- Odd tone or grammatical errors.
Verify
senders before responding and never share information through
unsecured, unapproved platforms (like WhatsApp). Immediately report anything
suspicious to the IT Service Desk at 404-714-4357 or via live chat.

Once
Delta Always Delta team expands beyond Jet Drag
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for retirees and alumni to
stay connected and engaged. Since 2022, the “Once Delta Always Delta”
team has proudly participated in the Delta Jet Drag, raising nearly
$20,000 for the American Cancer Society. Now, the team is expanding its
reach beyond this annual event.
The next gathering will be the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End
Alzheimer’s on Oct. 4 in Peachtree City, Ga. This cause is close to
many in the retiree community, and the event is open to all, retirees and
their families.
This is a chance to reconnect, support a meaningful cause, and continue
the Delta spirit of giving back.

Let’s walk together and show that “Once Delta, Always Delta”
