Well, you won’t believe this one.
After the Supremes refused to hear our DP3
case on deference, we all thought that was the end of the run and our appeal
for fairness was over. Actually, I more
or less believe that to be the case. BUT
the law firm has noticed that the Supremes have accepted and docketed a couple
of cases this year on that very issue of deference. Well, well well. If there is a favorable plaintiff ruling on
this issue than maybe, just maybe, the DP3 issue can be re-submitted. That is the position of the law firm so check
you email box for a recent note about this very thing. As Yogi Berra once said, “it ain’t over ‘til
its over!”
