Delta Golden Wings Philadelphia Reunion Report
Delta Golden Wings,

We just completed the 2019 DGW reunion in Philadelphia last week, and I would like to give you a recap of it. (Rollin Jackson will send a complete report of it later). There was a pretty low turnout for the reunion both this year and last year, also. But for the 39 of us, members and spouses, there we did have a very good time, We toured Historic Philadelphia, stood in a long line to eat some  famous Jim's cheese steak, went to Amish country and toured Valley Forge.

During the business meeting Jay Coyle was elected secretary starting January, 2020 and the rest of us remained on the board. Dallas-Fort Worth was selected as the 2021 reunion site.

Next year's reunion is in Nashville, TN,  August 27 - 31. To see the tentative itinerary, Click HereHopefully by receiving this information soon enough more of us can schedule it on our 2020 calendar.

Just a little information that I passed on at the reunion. At several airports in Texas if you have certain veteran's license plates on your car you get free parking depending on that particular state/airport. I recommend that you check your state's DMV or airport website for military benefits. If they have a program for this benefit, they will take you through the steps to get the plates and the procedures to use to park free or for a reduced rate.

Also. if you get the PCN emails you might notice an article about using the Travel Net and how you could lose your pass benefits if you use the system improperly.

That's all for now, LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING MORE OF YOU IN NASHVILLE!!! Click Here to see Nashville Reunion info on the  DGW website
