Subject: LTD Overpayment Letter
Hi Mark,
Just received a letter from Delta LTD stating they have
overpaid me LTD since 11/2011 and that I owe them $102,084!
Going thru my files on similar situations, I found an email
to you from Kevin Garrison concerning his similar situation in over-payments of
$68,000. Can you shed light on any other information you might have concerning
his and other cases similar? I'm a former Western pilot...LTD in
1992...and on Retirement 11/2011 at age 70.
