Misc - HL 290 (2)

This month the DeltaNet has now been segregated so that retirees no longer have unfettered access.  Some of the helpful list that were available will no longer be easily accessible to non-active employees.

Changes to Deltanet Access & Passwords,
As you know, cyber security is in the news every day. Delta takes the security of our networks and your personal information very seriously. In an effort to bring an additional level of strength and security to our networks, changes are being implemented across the company to ensure our data assets are accessible only to those with a need to know.
What you need to know
On April 19, a new customized retiree site will launch on Deltanet. This new site has been designed to provide you access to the following pages, which are applications and information that are relevant to retirees:
Corporate news and information
HR news and information
Self-Service access
TravelNet access
Once you sign into Deltanet at https://deltanet.delta.com, you will be automatically directed to the new retiree site.
What you need to do
Beginning April 30, 2018, you will be required to change your password at least once a year. This change ensures access to Delta systems and your personal information is secure. If you use the same password for long stretches of time, you increase the risk of someone guessing your password. Your password can be changed online when you access Deltanet.
After April 30, we will gradually expire passwords older than one year. If your password is expired, you will be required to have it changed before your access to the Delta network is reinstated. All passwords must be 8 characters long and contain both upper and lower case letters.
Who to contact for support
If you have any questions about your Deltanet access or if you need to have your password reset, please contact the IT Helpdesk 24/7 at 1-888-714-0529.
