2018 ITDR
Annual Enrollment Update
- The
2018 Enrollment Period:
The Annual
Enrollment period ended Friday, November 10, 2017. Enrollments will
continue to be accepted
through December 31, 2017, however submitting your elections or changes now
may delay your receipt of policy material or ID cards until after the
new plan year begins on January 1, 2018.
- Confirmation
Statements:
Confirmation
statements showing your 2018 Trust Plan benefit elections processed as
of December 1, 2017, will be mailed Tuesday, December 19, to your home address on file,
from the Retiree Service Center. If you did not make changes, your
current 2017 Benefit elections will be continued for 2018, no action was
required.
- ID
Cards and Welcome Kits:
Current Trust
Medical and Prescription Drug Plan Members staying with The Hartford:
You will not receive new Medical (The Hartford) and Prescription Drug
(Express Scripts) ID cards for 2018. Please keep your current cards and
continue to use them in 2018.
New Trust Plan
Members OR Members who moved to or elected BCBSGa: If you enrolled in
BCBSGa: on or before 11/10 you can expect to receive
your ID Cards and Welcome Packet before January 1st.
