Message for DP3 members of PBGC lawsuit:  

I wish to reiterate an estate point that the DP3 has made recently to the all law suit members. 

 

PLEASE HAVE A DISCUSSION WITH YOUR SPOUSE (or kids) THAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOU THAT ANY SUBEQUENT COURT RULING ON YOUR BEHALF CAN BE PART OF YOUR ESTATE. 

 

This means that you need to have that tough talk about kicking the bucket and what she should do if that happens.  Well, I recommend that you visit the survivor’s page and print the info found there in addition to the DP3 survivor contact info shared next: 

 

When a plaintiff passes on, the estate or immediate survivors should notify DP3, preferably by email at  contactus@dp3.org or by mail at DP3, Inc., 8014 Cumming Highway, Ste 403-333, Canton, GA 30115. 

 

Also have the talk about who to contact, your “wishes” and/or potential benefits such as what may come your way because of a favorable ruling in our DP3 vs PBGC case.
