Editor:  Wayne, the DP3 has been regularly updating those who are part of the legal action.  The last update was 8/13/16.  I am reasonably encouraged by the latest court actions.  If you are part of the legal action and did not receive the update than please email Roger Ross  at roger.ross3@dp3.org
