Delta
AMEX racking up skymiles. You say why
have skymiles? They’re as good as cash,
and probably better. Either use the
miles, shop with the miles, give them away or SELL the Skymiles for a handsome
amount of money.

Fly Confirmed For Less?
My story. I have not actually used this but thought it might be necessary for a son traveling on yield fare (SA3C). Anyway, he missed a connection but still had to get to the west coast so I thought I would check for him to see what FCFL would do. Well, as most of you already know, this program is not available for extended family members. So he was out of luck. He in turn bought a oneway positive space ticket on AA from DTW for $250. Well, that got me thinking. If I were in the same boat would Delta’s FCFL program bail me out? Here’s what I found. The Delta oneway (by the way there were plenty of non-stops from DTW) was $852. That’s right. A last minute over the counter ticket on AA was $250 but Delta’s employee discount ticket with the FCFL program was $602 more! Mmmmmm is this a benefit?
