Knowing your feelings regarding WWII and your father's experiences I thought you may like to  read a great book I just finished; "A HIGHER CALL" by Adam Makos. It is the story of the B-17 and the German Me109 pilot that found the crippled B-17 trying to make it back to England; he just saluted the B-17 crew and let them go on there way; I am sure you are aware of the story. It is the story of the B-17's captain's and the German pilot's lives. Take care, Ken
