   I didn’t give this a snowball’s chance in hx!!………… of happening!  But apparently it has and believe it or not this could effect a number of us.  More as  soon as I get better details.

Health Insurance Update

While we do not have details, the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) with the provision for reinstating the Health Coverage Tax Credit (HCTC) has been signed into law. The TAA HCTC provision calls for a six-year extension, retroactive to January 1, 2014 and carrying through to December 31, 2019, at a 72.5 percent credit level.  This is good news for those of you that are eligible for that valuable IRS benefit.  

We will offer details at a later date, or you can contact your health insurer or tax advisor to see if they have additional information.
