Subject: RE:DAL/ORD Fly-in 2015
Dave,
Here are some of the details for the up coming DAL/ORD Fly-in.  If you would, please pass this information on to all of the folks on your e-mail list.  If you see anything that may be incorrect, or if you need more information feel free to contact me.

 Hello All,
Here are some of the details regarding the up coming 2015 DAL/ORD fly-in.
This years hosts will be the McGreevy Family, Steve & Dee, Steve JR & Katie, and many of our other family members.
I will be holding the event at Steve JR & Katie's home and hangar at C77, The Poplar Grove Airport.
The date for this years event is Wednesday September 9, 2015 rain or shine.
I will be sending out periodic e-mail updates through Dave Skjerven, but if you have any questions please contact me at the e-mail address or phone number listed below.
As always the host family would like to get a rough idea of how many folks to expect, so if you can give us a call, or drop us an e-mail and let us know you will be attending we would appreciate it. Please contact us directly at the e-mail or phone number listed below, Although if you find yourself available at the last minute, don't hesitate to drop in.
You can find information on C77 here:
The attachment above shows where Steve & Katie's home is on the airport.  Aircraft can park along the taxiway adjacent to the house and the vacant lot to the west of the house.  If you have an aircraft that needs hard surface parking, or is too large to taxi between the hangar rows,  we can use the museum ramp on the north side of the airport and shuttle you back and forth. We will have signage that will assist in taxiing to the house, and we will monitor the CTAF frequency 122.8 so you can call for progressive taxi if needed.
Auto parking will be in the vacant lot adjacent to the house to the west, again signage on the road will help direct you to auto parking.
Coffee and rolls for early arrivals, and a full lunch with beverages around 1100.
We look forward to seeing everyone, and look for periodic e-mail updates as we get closer to September 9th.
If you are aware of anyone who may not have access to this information, and would like to attend please pass the information on to them, the more the merrier.  Lets just hope for good weather!
 Thank you,
Steve & Katie McGreevy
