RE: PCN - 2015 TA (attachment) (show original) Jun 10

Mark........Give it up. You haven't provided a decent outlet for comment on the Delta disaster that occurred in 2006.
We are not interested in the Delta air museum.

Editor: Pat,  your opinion has been received.  As most know I will publish any one of our almost 3000 member’s posts so anyone, including Pat, has the opportunity to post virtually anything in any High Life as long as it passes the test of civility.

Subject: PILOT STUDY REQUEST

Retired ATL Captain David Mattingly asked me to forward this to my pilot list.  Would you please forward this request to your lists of pilots too.
Thanks,
Dave

Subject: Pilot study

I am a full-time member of the facuty at Ashford University and I am conducting an academic research study of licensed airline pilots.  If you are a licensed airline pilot or know a licensed airline pilot, military or civilian, I would appreciate your help.  The following link will take you to the survey document.  The entire survey will take no more than 5 minutes of your time.
Your identity will be protected because I am only interested in your opinion.  The results of the study will be used to publish an article in a scholarly journal and will be presented at a future academic conference.  You do not have to be employed as a pilot, just hold a pilot's license.
If you qualify and are willing to help, please go to the following link:

The first page of the survey is an Informed Consent document.  This tells you about the survey and how it works.  All you have to do is type your first name only and the date at the bottom and press NEXT.  After you sign the Informed Consent there is a second page.  Please complete all of the questions.  The survey is self-explanatory.
Please forward this link to anyone you know that is a licensed airline pilot.  I am looking for as many participants as possible.  Thank you for your help.
