Note: NEXUS apparently is a Canadian managed program. So therefore the differences from our Global
Entry.
If you haven't heard of this, maybe you will be
interested. My son married a Canadian (who is a wonderful by the way) and
needs to buy NEXUS cards for his family's for border crossings. Low and
behold there is an added cookie when you buy the $50 NEXUS card...........
YOU GET GLOBAL ENTRY FOR 5 years for FREE!!!!!
This could make it more appealing for flyers plus you get
faster lane border crossings for Canada and Mexico. Ahhhhh, pour me a
margarita!!!!!

It happened again yesterday. As I was putting this TravelSkills post
together, yet another boozed up traveler described as “uncooperative and
combative” was taken into custody at LAX and was dragged away “kicking
and screaming.” Headline from today's LATimes.com
