Event - HL 222 (1)

Date: 12/13/2014 6:29:23 PM
Subject: 3rd Thursday of the month Delta ORD DC-9 simulated layover

This coming Thursday, Dec 18th, is the 3rd Thursday of the month and time to see if you can still layover the old Delta ORD DC-9 way!  As always, it is at 19:00 hours at Nick's Pizza and Pub, 856 Pyott Rd. Crystal Lake, IL or about 1/2 mile north of the Lake in the Hills airport.  If you are flying in I will not be able to pick you up as we are heading out the 18th to Colorado for Christmas and skiing with all our grandchildren (look out Capt Jim Knez here we come,,,,again.  Hope to get some skiing in with you and maybe a glass of wine or two also).
God Jul, Merry Christmas from my wife and I to all of you.  We hope you also have a fun Christmas with lots of family and good cheer.  Remember being on reserve at Christmas and having to fly at the last minute?
Also, we send best wishes to Jeff Degner and hope that his elective surgery went well and that it works again during Spring Break.  Here is to great bidding and planning.
Have a beer or two for me and enjoy the ORD DC-9 Layover this Thursday.  Remember anyone and everyone is invited to come joins us for this fun filled event of cheap beer, good pizza and fantastic war stories.
God Jul, David W. Skjerven
