Reminder
about specific PCN notices and BLOCKING:
About once
a week I get a request from a member for me to unsubscribe them from one type
of notice such as the death notices like this one:
“From: Elizabeth Cassen
Date: 4/18/2014 6:59:16 PM
Would you remove my email from the death notices, only.
Thank you”.
Now, I have to admit some weeks the deaths
from among us seem to be overwhelming, yet I still want to know (and think you do to) when friends and former
workmates fly West. However, if you wish
to block one type of notice from the PCN we can’t do it but you can. All you have to do is right click on an incoming undesirable notice then mark it as spam or
block it, and it will be so because our notices come from separate email
addresses. In this way you can remain
engaged yet not get what you wish to avoid.

Rumor Mill:
I used
to fly with Ron Levin from ORD. He was great and to this day was the most
enthusiastic rumor seeker I’ve ever met.
Every stop and every new person he talked with he always pumped them for
the latest rumor. Often times when
asked, he would offer up his own “whopper” that he purposely exaggerated to see
if it would round the bend and come back to him again bringing him a huge
chuckle. Well, I thought of him recently
because now (after a lull) there are some rumors flying at my current place of
work. It makes checking the computer and
flying the system more interesting when you are hearing about ‘changes a
comin’. Ahhhhh, the rumor mill. Remember how it was?

Madness Finals!!!!! The basketball of
these college kids is really been fun to watch.
Hope you have enjoyed it. Now as
to the finals, I think Warren Buffet’s billion was always safe and proven so with
UK vs UConn final! What an unlikely
final game.
