My name is Ron Alexander and I am a retired Delta 767
Captain. I am also on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Aviation
Hall of Fame. I would like to ask you to place in your publication the
following announcement regarding Mr. Garrett’s induction into the Georgia
Aviation Hall of Fame. This is a great honor that will be bestowed on a
very deserving person. I think Mr. Garrett was one of the most respected
presidents that Delta has had in office.

“On
April 26th Mr. David Garrett, past President of Delta Air Lines,
will be inducted into the Georgia Aviation Hall of Fame. Mr. Garrett was
one of the most respected presidents that has served Delta Air Lines. He
is certainly deserving of this distinguished award. Delta Air Lines
will also receive the Corporation of Year award during the same evening.
We are inviting all present and past employees to attend this banquet. It
is held at the Museum of Flight in Warner Robins, GA. This is a black tie
event (dark suits are acceptable) and the cost is $75 per person. Tickets

The evening begins with a one-hour reception held
in the spacious Century of Flight Hangar at the Georgia Museum of Aviation at
6:00 p.m. Surrounded by historic aircraft as well as the Georgia Aviation
Hall of Fame, guests will then be treated to a gourmet dinner and live
presentations to each of the four honorees.Seating for the 2014 Annual Enshrinement Banquet is limited and by advance reservation only. Seats are $75.00 per person and tax deductible as provided by law. Attire is black tie (dark suit optional).
