Comments - Problem with "Fly For Less"-
Seem to be having a problem when using Fly For Less on TravelNet. When checking prices for travel [ round trip international]in my case, I keep getting a message that the fares cannot be displayed and a code. This happens in about 80% of the tries. When I emailed TravelNet about it, they referred me to reservations. I hate to tie up the phone line for every inquiry. What I need to find out is the refund rules for EACH class of ticket on DAL. I believe that a "Y" fare is refundable up until departure and a "Q" fare is refundable within 24 hours of purchase or midnight of the day "before" departure, which ever comes first. Where can I find the rules for all the other fares? i.e.- R, A, and the rest of the alphabet? Any suggestions?

I have had the same problem trying to book international "fly for less" this spring. The only routes I could book were pure Delta segments, no codeshare. I think this may be the new normal.
We have given up on non-rev travel.
