Dear PCN (of over 2600 subscribers),
West
Michigan:
I am currently on a little over the road
trip for a short vacation in Western Michigan.
The picture is our view from a 3rd floor corner suite looking
out over Little Traverse Bay in Petoskey.
Fabulous!!!! We grew up in
Michigan but spent limited time on the West (best) coast. Loaded with scenery, fruit, quaint villages
and that lap of relaxing waves coming ashore, the West coast is special. If you are into exploring and want an
entirely relaxing vacation, spend a few late Summer early Fall days traveling
the sunset side of this incredibly scenic state. And if you are there in the Fall drive 119 N
from the quaint Harbor Springs to the Mackinaw Bridge….. terrific! There couldn’t have been a better place to
recharge the battery. As I finish assembling this issue, my balcony
windows are open to the gentle lapping of the Little Traverse Bay’s waves and
it has brought my blood pressure down to almost normal. Very relaxing!
