Can someone provide an answer for the Captain?

Hi Mark,
Have any pilots had trouble receiving ZED fare
refunds? I submitted a refund request to Alitalia, Lufthansa, KLM,
and Air France on June 2 and had my refunds within 3 days from all but
Alitalia. It's been over 6 weeks and still nothing from AZ. I
emailed them but no reply, I have contacted my ID travel several times and the
girl there says the system sometimes takes up to 6 mos. Do any
pilots have any suggestions? Thanks.
