Should
the Effort Fail to gain a meeting (with plan A)?
Dear
Petition Supporters,
Well,
as you well may know that as we persistently attempt to gain a meeting and to
win an improved solution to the wholly inadequate stock distribution for our
lost non-qualified benefits, if it doesn’t result in a satisfactory outcome, we
have a plan B.
Plan
B, is a campaign with a gloves off and a little more pressure to get a
favorable company response. All the
details of this campaign cannot be shared in a public way but suffice it to
say, that I will not stop with this effort.
I am committed to gaining justice for the unfair injustice that all
Delta retired pilots have suffered during and since the bankruptcy.
This
Plan B will likely require financial support.
I have established a bank account and when and if the time becomes necessary I will be asking
for you to support our effort to gain this meeting by means available. We will not stop to win a better solution for our terminated NQ
benefits. Thank you.

Phase
I - Complete: (Goal - to get a better solution for
our lost Non-Qualified benefits)
Since our petition has been completed and delivered, there
has and continues to be a lot of work done behind the scenes to secure our
goal. We have set a goal of gaining a
meeting with management that leads to improved results for our group. That goal is being sought diligently and with
persistence. I can report that some good
things are happening and like I have mentioned before, I hope to be revealing
some more informative news shortly. Mark
