Company
response to our petition? Yes! And it is
still in process.
Here
is Rob Kight’s email cover to a series of documents that as of now I cannot
share but will in due time. Our goal
remains unchanged, to gain a meeting with Mr. Anderson so as to present our
case, which we feel is compelling.
Currently we are bantering back and forth to get this meeting
authorized. More news shared when I hear
of it.
Captain Moser, please see the
attached letter and related attachments in response to your petition and
related contacts to Richard Anderson’s office. As noted in the letter, I will be happy to meet with you to
discuss these issues further if you like. You may contact me at (404)
715-xxxx to arrange a meeting. Thanks..Rob
So
the info that was attached to this email was lengthy and quite detailed. It is taking all of us working on this
project some time to develop the reply.
What we wish to focus on is a face to face meeting (with decision makers
present) where we bring our claims of disproportionate loss due to the
termination of the non-qualified benefits, to the forefront. That is what our entire focus is right now.
But
please take a little solace that there are your fellow retired pilots who are
committed and devoted to this project and are volunteering their energies
toward a beneficial resolution.

Phase
I - Complete: (Goal - to get a better solution for
our lost Non-Qualified benefits)
Since our petition has been completed and delivered, there
has and continues to be a lot of work done behind the scenes to secure our goal. We have set a goal of gaining a meeting with
management that leads to improved results for our group. That goal is being sought diligently and with
persistence. I can report that some good
things are happening and like I have mentioned before, I hope to be revealing
some more informative news shortly. Mark
