Gentle reminder of current DP3 dues:

Your 2013 DP3 contribution of $150 is now due. DP3 is announcing a dues contribution of $150 for 2013. In order for you to maintain Honor Roll status, vote in trustee elections, remain a participant in the DP3 consolidated appeal (if you are appealing), and join us as a named litigant in any Federal District Court lawsuit we may file, we need to receive your contribution of $150 by March 31, 2013. If you are not appealing we thank those who continue to support their fellow pilots. ………Be prepared to make a second contribution in the fall  We may ask for a second contribution later in the year in order to assure that we are well positioned for the potential Federal Court actions. We feel that two small contributions per year ease the burden for our members and allow us to refine our funding needs prior to establishing the amount. Our current forecast - in the event Federal Court appeals are necessary and the PBGC uses their normal tactics requiring additional filings- is for two small dues cycles in 2013 and 2014. We all hope that a resolution will come before that time. Remember that any of your money that we have on deposit when this process is concluded will be refunded pro-rata to our Honor Roll members. March 31, 2012 is the deadline to make your contribution of $150. If you have already paid, please disregard this reminder and thank you for your continued support.
