Phase I - Complete:

 Ladies and Gentlemen,

Phase I is complete, and because of Rob’s leadership and all of your help, the petition has been conducted, the signature support (with comments) received, the packets have been printed and bound and stuffed and FedEx'd to our targets. It will take some time for the powers to absorb and confer about this.  With the power of this tool, I am hoping that we will win a meeting because our cause is righteous.

 

Phase II is all about.......... getting that meeting scheduled!   News of this will be published upon receipt.

 The packets looked good. The loose leaf cover letter printed on linen paper and 14 page proof of harm were sharply placed in a Delta red two pocket laminated portfolio. It all looked very professional and hope that it is received as such. They were predominantly sent to the directors "alternate" addresses in hopes that they would not get filed in the round file but actually looked at. I am sending you the "files" that were printed and packaged.   I will make the package files available for the PCN to view soon.  First, we will allow the Senior Officers, and Directors to have a little time to absorb.

 

Personally, I have a lot on my plate right now, so you cannot believe how relieved I feel for having this done before I leave town.  Now a little information: we assembled a small circle of high caliber quality advisors for this process, all of  which  are still on the hook for helping out.  With Rob and Scott leading this thing and with the advisors help, the effort has been completely refined and made much more compelling.  Here below is my personal thank you to that circle of advisors:

This just wouldn't have been nearly as refined without your help, so please take some pride in that and in how compelling our effort has become. 1. There WAS an unfair injustice! Some have asked for some proof of
the harm that DAL Retired Pilots incurred so click here to see it

2. Will this work? Capt Moser is using the petition as the first step
in a multi faceted strategy to gain a meeting to discuss these
issues. Admittedly it is a long shot. Since the cause is just and
doing right is always good, why not give him our support?

3. Is my info safe? Absolutely!
