Will this work? Capt Moser is using the petition
as the first step in a multi faceted strategy to gain a
meeting to discuss these issues. Admittedly it is a long shot. Since the cause
is just and doing right is
always good, why not give him our
support?

Why
I volunteer for the PCN:
Its’ because of you! That’s right!
While I support whole heartedly the efforts by DP3 and the new
effort by Rob Moser, I don’t do what I
do because I wish to live in fight mode.
Further, I don’t do what
I do for personal gain. Lord knows there is no money in this. I am engaged, leading the PCN for the
main reason of keeping this
distinguished and great group of pilots connected. When we are
engaged in such a way we can
occasionally enjoy a good hangar story, we can occasionally enjoy a
good laugh together, we can occasionally
learn something of significance together, and we can
occasionally be of assistance to one
another. In addition I think a few
services that we provide are
not being handled by anyone else so we
can be of service in that way as well.
All of that said doesn’t
mean there will not be a day of
retirement for me. The good news, though,
is that I tried to think
ahead and set up our network in such a
way that someone (or a few someones) can take over and
keep it going. For now, I am content to compile the High
Life almost every Sunday and get the “word”
out.
