Subject: Open Enrollment Resource Reminder

You are receiving this important communication online as a result of your decision to enroll in paperless non-confidential Company information via your preferred email address.*
Your participation in Delta's Go Paperless initiative helps Delta...... Thank you.

As you know, Open Enrollment began on October 26, 2012, and closes at 11:59 p.m. ET November 16, 2012. This is the only opportunity to select your 2013 benefit coverage, unless you experience a qualified life event such as marriage, divorce or the birth of a child during the calendar year.

To help you with your Open Enrollment election decisions, there are many great resources and tools available to you on Open Enrollment Headquarters in My Self-Service such as:

  • Horizon Magazine
  • Benefit Handbooks
  • Planning Tools (Health Plan Evaluator, FSA & HSA Calculator, Life Insurance Calculator)
  • Healthcare Premiums
  • Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs)**
  • And many other resources

**As required by the Affordable Care Act, the Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) documents that are applicable to you are available on Open Enrollment Headquarters. The SBCs are designed to make it easier to compare medical options available through Delta. SBCs are written in plain language, in a standard format, to help employees understand and evaluate medical choices. Please refer to the SBCs if you want a quick reference to what each medical option covers in 2013.

To enroll now or review any of the Open Enrollment resources or tools, log into DeltaNet, and click on the "Enroll Now" banner. Then look for the Open Enrollment Information action square in My Self-Service, or click here:

Go to Self-Service to view your information

You must be logged in to DeltaNet with your Delta Passport to view the open enrollment information on the Self-Service site. Once there, the information is located under "Enroll".

If you have questions or need help with benefits, contact the Employee Service Center (ESC) at 1-800 MY DELTA (1-800-693-3582), during regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm ET, except certain holidays.

* At any time you may change your personal e-mail address in My Self-Service or revoke your consent to receive electronic communication by logging into My Self-Service and clicking on the Go Paperless link and selecting "No" to receiving non-confidential Company communication at your personal e-mail address. See below to access the Go Paperless Transaction:
