Dear PCN (of over 2600 subscribers),
Music to a dad’s ears:
Last weekend my number two son, Brian, played in a company golf outing
and ran into an old Delta friend of mine that had some nice words to say and
shared that he enjoyed the efforts of the PCN.
That was nice to hear on a couple of counts. But what was even better music in the ear
what was what my 39 year old son said to me via email. He said the words that every father would
like to hear and I tell you I am one of them. Brian said, “he was proud to be
my son!” There are a lot of things that
can make a person smile as they mature, but I have to admit when a son or
daughter gives back with a grateful heart, it is VERY satisfying. There are a lot of things in life that Barb
and I either goofed up or didn’t get accomplished, but raising our kids has
turned out to be our real plum and blessing, and we feel grateful (and maybe a
bit fortunate) for that!

Getting DEATH
notices that were earlier blocked? New
addresses force a re-do of blocking.
Remember that all notices from all PCN emails blast out
to all members so blocking an undesired notice is set up on your end. Read on!
Blocking notices from any specific PCN email
such as Death:
Please note that if you had the old death email blocked
because you didn’t wish to receive those notices, you must block the NEW email in the same
way. When you receive a notice from death.flwnwst@gmail.com just right click on
the unwanted email address then set your
email client to BLOCK or FILTER that email address and you won’t be
bothered by them again.
I had a few of you do this before to our OLD death email
address. If you wish to remain free from
death notices please Block the new email address and all will be well for you
again.
